- Make sure you are the only one on the Dashboard while making edits. (4:00)
- The autosave feature will overwrite changes made while multiple people are on the Dashboard. Be mindful of who has Admin privileges and when they are making changes to the Dashboard.
- Forms cannot be copied. Workaround - recreate the same form again. (6:15)
- In forms, you can check the box to allow attendees to edit their answers. However, attendees cannot have multiple submissions in the same form. (7:00)
- Zoom and Obvio are two separate platforms, you can’t post a back to the Dashboard button inside of Zoom. (13:15)
- When someone joins a Zoom meeting via the Dashboard, it will pop open as a new window, so the Dashboard will simply be behind the Zoom window.
- This way, when attendees close out of their Zoom meeting, they are not closing out of Obvio. They do, however, need to navigate back to the Obvio Dashboard tab.
