  • When the offline message comes up, but you've enabled the room. (00:30)

  • Wants a resource PDF in a new tab, rather than direct away from Obvio. (11:00)
    • This can be browser specific. 
    • You must view resources as an attendee to get an accurate depiction of Obvio functionality. 
      • Put your resources in place, create a test attendees, log in as that attendee to accurately view dashboard functionality. 
  • Difference between creating a button that links to your resources or filing something under Obvio's resource section. (14:25)
    • Button = resources will be stored and maintained by you. You will link to the PDF wherever you store the resource. 
    • Resource section = Obvio stores the file, you do not have to link to it, automatic download. 
  • Timers to feed into Zoom rooms (15:40)
  • When you receive your event recordings, you must download them to your device. The event recordings are only stored in the cloud for 30 days after your event. (23:30)
    • All links in the CSV file you receive are dowloadable. 
    • The "chat file" is not viewable in a browser, but if you download it, it will open as a TextEdit file that you can read and save. 
    • We recommend local recordings during your event, because it will be a high quality version that you have the moment your event ends.

  • Request for speaker view and gallery view without shared screen and shared screen recordings separately. (31:00)
    • This has been turned on! You will automatically receive these types of recordings when you request recordings through help@obv.io. 
  • Your recordings are available for 30 days post-event. (42:00)
    • Best practice do NOT share those links with attendees. Instead, download the video, edit the video for content and clarity, and then distribute or house your edited videos.
