Obvio Updates
- Teams - ability to resend an invitation to a team member via the blue arrow to the right of their name. (0:20)
- Ability to preassign a team member their role, before they have accepted their invitation.
- Dashboard - new styling options for buttons; gradiant and image. (1:15)
- Gradient - Blue demos this function at 1:50
- Image - Blue demos this function at 2:35
- Allows the user to choose a background image for their button, rather than using a solid or gradient color.
- Coming soon - ability for each Obvio user to pull their own recordings from the cloud, rather than requesting them from help@obv.io (4:30)
- Ability to preview the recording and choose from various recording options (i.e. shared screen with speaker view, transcripts, etc)
- Note: Zoom rooms connected to Obvio accounts are set to automatically record. If you choose to stop or pause recording during a meeting, that section will NOT be recorded or available post-event.
- Recordings are available once the room is offlined in Obvio and once the encoding process is complete. Encoding times will vary based on the length of the recording/size of the file.

- Hardware set up for an event running on multiple devices (19:00-28:45)
- Attendees ability to rename themselves. (29:00)
- By default, the system will turn off the ability for attendees to rename themselves.
- However, once in the Zoom room, the host has the ability to change permissions as needed for the event. (Demo 31:20)
- Team members can also change the names of attendees directly in Obvio, that way, the attendee's name will appear correctly the next time they enter the Zoom room. (Blue explains 33:00)
- Talking through a large virtual event, estimated costs, etc. (42:30)
