Q+A begins at the 10:22 mark.
- Panels template formatting issues (10:30)
- Panels template is a fixed format, there is not the flexibility to rearrange emojis, resources, etc.
- The panels template is mobile responsive.
- In the simple blog template, the sidebar on the main dashboard is flexible. The resources, emojis, agenda, etc can all be dragged and dropped within the sidebar. (visual demo at 12:30) - use the three horizontal lines to drag and drop items in the sidebar to rearrange (this only applies to the simple blog template).
- Blue speaks to the flexibility of the sidebar on the simple blog template. (13:30)
- Using Obvio prior to or after the main event. (14:15)
- You can use the dashboard before and after the main event, however it will impact your attendee credits and lengthen the duration of your event.
- This will result in extra attendee credits being used/required.
- October 8th walk through of an Obvio dashboard set up. (18:00)
- Find that call here.
- Video testimonials on an Obvio dashboard. (19:30)
- AddPipe - can be embedded onto your Obvio dashboard, however, it is a bit of a hassle.
- Grant screenshares the TVE3 dashboard, which has the embedded video testimonial. (21:50)
- Part of the code goes in the blog post where the video uploader will live, part of the code goes in the "Embed HTML" section at the bottom of the main dashboard.
- A user suggests the use of VideoAsk.
- A waiver template is available at help@obv.io. (25:00)
- Please have your own legal team look over the waiver sample BEFORE using it for your own event. The waiver sample is for reference purposes only.
- Four (4) day events, must run consecutively. (30:00)
- Please note, the credit system will not take full effect until January 15, 2022.
- Tech check days WILL count towards your event days. This is why the event length maximum has been adjusted to be 4 days. (1 attendee credit = 1 attendee attending an event for up to 4 day)
- InfusionSoft registration set up (34:30)
- User fills out a registration form.
- KEAP saves that contact in their database.
- User is triggered to add that attendee to Obvio.
- Running a Zoom meeting through Obvio does not require Zoom log in. However, the meeting itself runs nearly identically to any other Zoom meeting (i.e. screen share, co-host/host permissions, muting/unmuting, ability to control chat settings, etc.) (42:20)
- Do not need a Zoom log in to use Obvio.
- Instead, you can start meetings via the backend of Obvio.
- How to launch a rooms and areas - find that video here.
- Connecting ClickFunnels and Obvio is possible through Zapier (47:00)
- Example of a simple, but effective dashboard design. (50:20)
- Disabled the sidebar.
- Welcome blog post.
- Quick form exercise within a blog post.
- Two main screen buttons (one for the main stage and one for the coaching program).
- A dashboard like this can take 30 minutes or less to build, but still gives attendees a better event experience due to the branding, welcome message, and interactivity from the exercise.
- Disabling buttons, blog posts, and the sidebar (51:15)
- Disabling these components will make them invisible to attendees, but keep them at the ready in your editor.
- This way, you can hide certain things from attendees until you're ready for them to see each component.
- Note: This process is manual. You or a team member will have to enable each component at the appropriate time.
- Ticket ribbons on the panels template (53:26)
- They are much smaller and live in the left side header.
- They are not as visible as they are in the simple blog template.
- See images below for examples from each template.
Ticket Ribbon on the SIMPLE BLOG template. (character limit is 15)
Ticket Ribbon on the PANELS template.
- Can you run your own tech check, outside of Obvio? (54:45)
- Yes, because all check in steps in Obvio are optional (password creation, waiver, tech check).
- You could easily disable tech check in Obvio and hold a registration via Zoom outside of Obvio, should you choose.
- Grant outlines the Obvio check in process. (56:00)
- Password creation (optional)
- Waiver (optional)
- Tech Check (optional)
- Note: Waiver and tech check are their own tabs in Obvio, be sure to disable these tabs if you do not plan to require them.
- Note: Password creation is set up or disabled under the general tab in Obvio.
