- Turn on original sound when playing music through your computer into a Zoom room. This can be found under audio settings within the Zoom room. (4:45)

- Adding an icon to sidebar buttons is not possible at this time. Icons can be added to resources in the sidebar and on the main dashboard buttons.

- Test mode will work prior to your event, to allow you to test your Zoom room prior to the start of your event. This function is not available as of November 9, 2021. (1:20:30)
- Attendee credits will be based on the number of attendees uploaded into Obvio, NOT only on attendees who attended the event. (1:20:45)
- Zoom rooms created via Obvio provides attendee names upon entrance into the meeting (these names are based on the names with which attendees registered for the event) and higher security than a normal Zoom meeting. (1:23:00)
- An attendee's unique login URL will gain multiple people entrance to the dashboard, however, it will not allow multiple users to gain entrance to the Zoom meeting. (1:24:00)
- You are able to disable tech check mid-event. All attendees who come into the event post-tech check being disabled will bypass that check in step and go to the dashboard. (1:38:00)
- Can you check someone out of an event? Yes. You can click the button to the right of the attendee's name in Obvio and check them out of the event. Their login link will still work, but they will have to go through tech check again in order to access the dashboard. This process can also be undone, so you could put the attendee through tech check again or manually check them in and allow them access to the event. (1:39:30)
- Attendee responses to forms are available directly on the forms tab in Obvio. Once attendees have filled out a form and the event host/producer would like to retrieve their responses, go to the forms tab, click the form you'd like submissions from, click "download submissions". You will receive an email with a link to download a CSV file of all attendee answers (names of attendees are also included along with their answer). (1:41:00)
