The Attendees page allows you to manage, organize, and interact with all participants in your event. From viewing attendee details to applying filters and performing bulk actions, this page gives you full control over your attendee data.

This page displays a list of all attendees along with key information:
• Name – The attendee’s full name
• Email – Registered email address
• Country – Attendee’s location (if available)
• Type – Attendee type (e.g., GA, VIP, Speaker)
• Group(s) – Assigned group values for segmentation
Key Features
• Add Attendee – Manually add a new attendee to your event
• Search Bar – Quickly find attendees by name or email
• Filters – Narrow down the attendee list using specific conditions
• Attendee Tools – Perform bulk actions for managing attendees
I. Attendee Details Panel
Clicking on an attendee opens the Attendee Details panel, where you can view and update individual information.
Attendee Information
• First Name – Attendee’s first name
• Last Name – Attendee’s last name
• Email – Registered email address
• Phone Number – Contact number (if provided)
• Tags – Used for segmentation and automation
• Country – Attendee’s location
• Type – Attendee type (e.g., GA, VIP, Speaker)
• Group(s) – Assigned groups (you can click Add Group to assign additional groups if needed)
Access & Status

• Enabled Toggle – Enable or disable attendee access
• Login URL – Unique login link for the attendee (can be copied or shared)
• Waiver URL – Link to the attendee’s signed waiver
• Remove Waiver – Deletes the attendee’s signed waiver
• Clear Password – Removes the attendee’s password so they can reset it
You can also use the Login URL to access the attendee’s dashboard, where you can view their details and download their waiver if needed.
Click Save after making updates to apply changes
II. Filters
The Filters option allows you to refine your attendee list based on specific conditions.

Available filters include:
• Enabled Status
• Password
• Waiver
• Check-in Status
When you click Add Filter, a configuration window will appear where you can define specific conditions to filter your attendee list.
You will first select a Rule, which determines what type of data you want to filter by:
• Tags – Filter attendees based on assigned tags
• Group – Filter attendees based on group values
After selecting a rule:
• Choose the specific value (e.g., a tag or group)
• Click Save to apply it
Once applied, the attendee list will update to show only those who match the selected criteria.
You can add multiple filters to further refine your results.
III. Attendee Tools
The Attendee Tools menu provides bulk actions:

• Import – Upload attendees using a CSV file format
• Export – Download your attendee list
• Download Waivers – Export signed waiver documents
• Download Certificate – Download generated certificates
• Send Certificate – Send certificates to attendees
• Clear Attendees – Remove all attendees from the event
IV. Quick Action Icons
Each attendee row includes quick action icons for faster management:

• Room Assignments – Assign or manage the attendee’s access to specific Zoom rooms and areas
• Leaderboard Points – View or manage the attendee’s points and leaderboard activity
• Remove Attendee – Delete the attendee from the event
• Send Password Reset – Send a password reset link to the attendee
These actions allow you to manage attendees without opening their full profile.
This page helps you efficiently manage attendees, segment your audience, and perform both individual and bulk actions to support your event operations.
