The Event Statistics page provides a comprehensive view of your event’s performance and attendee activity. It allows you to track key metrics in real time, helping you better understand engagement and overall participation.

This page displays a summary of important data points, including:

  • Checked In – A visual breakdown of attendees who have successfully checked in versus those who have not.
  • Total Attendees – The total number of event attendees and the percentage who have checked in.
  • Password Created – The number of users who have completed account setup by creating a password.
  • Waiver Signed – Tracks how many attendees have completed any required waiver forms.
  • Check-In Progress – Displays overall check-in activity across your event.

Additionally, the Live on Zoom section shows the number of active attendees currently present across your Zoom areas and the rooms within them.

You can also use the Filters option to refine the data displayed, allowing you to view specific attendees based on assigned tags and/or groups.

This page is designed to give you a quick and clear overview of your event’s status, helping you make informed decisions and monitor engagement throughout the event lifecycle.
