Zoom Attendance Overview

The Zoom Attendance page provides detailed insights into attendee activity within your Zoom areas. It allows you to monitor engagement, session activity, and overall participation during your event.

This page displays key metrics, including:

  • Sessions – The total number of Zoom sessions recorded.
  • Average Attendee Duration – The average amount of time attendees spend in Zoom sessions.
  • Average Session Duration – The average length of each Zoom session.
  • Unique Attendees – The total number of distinct attendees who joined Zoom sessions.
  • Minimum in Zoom – The lowest number of attendees present during sessions.
  • Maximum in Zoom – The highest number of attendees present during sessions.

You can refine the data displayed using the following filters:

  • Start Date/Time and End Date/Time – Define a specific timeframe to view attendance data.
  • Area – Filter results based on specific Zoom areas within your event.

Click Update after applying your filters to refresh the data.

The attendance graph provides a visual representation of activity over time, including:

  • In Zoom – Number of attendees currently in sessions
  • Joined – Number of attendees who entered sessions
  • Left – Number of attendees who exited sessions

Additional options:

  • Scheduled Actions – Allows you to view pending and completed scheduled actions related to Zoom attendance tracking within your event areas.

This page helps you track engagement levels, understand attendee behavior, and evaluate the overall performance of your Zoom areas.
