The Broadcasts page allows you to create and manage scheduled messages that are sent to your attendees. Broadcasts can be used for reminders, announcements, event updates, follow-ups, and other attendee communications.
You can send broadcasts through supported channels such as email or SMS and choose which attendees should receive the message.
This page displays all created broadcasts along with their status and scheduling details.

Broadcast List Information
Each broadcast entry includes the following details:
- Date – Displays the scheduled send date and time of the broadcast.
- Name – The internal name of the broadcast used for organization and identification.
- Channel – Indicates the delivery method being used, such as email and SMS.
- Segments – Shows which attendee group will receive the broadcast (example: All Attendees, Checked-In Users, Not Checked-In Users, or Filtered attendees).
- Send Status – Indicates whether the broadcast has been successfully sent.
- Published – Shows whether the broadcast is active and scheduled to send.
- Analytics Icon – Opens reporting or statistics related to the broadcast performance.
- Options Menu – Provides additional actions such as Sending test Broadcast, Editing the Broadcast and duplicating it.
Creating a New Broadcast

To create a new broadcast:
- Navigate to Communication > Broadcasts
- Click + New Broadcast
- Configure the broadcast details such as:
- Broadcast Name
- Send Date and Time
- Recipient Segment
- Communication Channel
- Subject Line
- Message Content
- Click Save to schedule or save the broadcast.
Important Notes
- Past broadcasts cannot be deleted.
- Broadcasts can be scheduled in advance.
- You can target specific attendee groups using segmentation options.
- Draft broadcasts can be saved before publishing.
