Certificates Overview

The Certificates page allows you to create and manage certificates that can be issued to your event attendees. This feature is useful for recognizing participation, completion, or achievements within your event.

This page includes the following:

Certificate List – Displays all created certificates within your event. Each certificate is listed by name for easy identification.
New Certificate – Click + New Certificate to create and upload a personalized certificate that you can provide to your attendees.
Actions Menu (⋯) – Allows you to delete an existing certificate.

When editing a certificate, you can further customize it by adding elements such as text. This allows you to place dynamic content directly on the certificate.

You can use variables to automatically populate attendee information, such as:

Attendees can receive and download personalized certificates directly from their dashboard once they meet the attendance or participation requirements set for the event.

{{first_name}} – Attendee’s first name
{{last_name}} – Attendee’s last name
{{email}} – Attendee’s email
{{phone_number}} – Attendee’s phone number

You may also use groups as variables to display group-specific values on the certificate.

Using this feature allows you to create fully customized and dynamic certificates, providing a more personalized and professional experience for your attendees.
