The FAQ Page in Obvio is a built-in event page used to share frequently asked questions and important event information with attendees.

I. What the FAQ Page Does
The FAQ Page allows you to add questions and answers that attendees can access from the dashboard. This is useful for sharing event instructions, schedule reminders, troubleshooting steps, or common attendee questions.
II. FAQ Display Options
When adding an FAQ, you can control how the answer appears:
- Show on Load Enabled - The answer is already expanded when the attendee opens the page.
- Show on Load Disabled - Only the question is visible, and the attendee can click it to view the answer.
For longer FAQ pages, it is recommended to keep most answers collapsed to make the page easier to read.
III. Enabling or Disabling FAQs
You can enable or disable the entire FAQ Page if it is not needed for your event.
You can also enable or disable individual questions. This allows you to prepare FAQs in advance and reveal them only when needed.

- Answer common attendee questions
- Share event instructions
- Provide troubleshooting steps
- Add schedule or access reminders
- Repurpose the page for replay links or other structured content
Notes
- A dashboard button can be created to direct attendees to the FAQ Page.
- The FAQ Page can be renamed or repurposed, but the page URL will still remain
/faq. - Gamification can be used to award points when attendees visit the FAQ Page.
