Forgot Password Email Overview

The Forgot Password Email page allows you to customize the email that is sent to your attendees when they request to reset their password. This ensures your messaging aligns with your branding and provides clear instructions to your users.

This page includes the following settings:

Enable/Disable – Turn the forgot password email on or off. When enabled, attendees will receive a reset email after requesting it.
From Email – Select the email address that will be used as the sender of the reset email.
Subject – Define the subject line that attendees will see in their inbox.
Body – Customize the content of the email using the text editor. You can format text, add links or images, and include Variables to dynamically insert important information such as reset links or attendee details.

Additional options:

Send Test Email – Send a test version of the email to preview how it will appear to attendees.
Save – Apply and save any changes made to the email.

Customizing this email ensures that attendees receive clear and professional instructions when resetting their password, helping provide a smooth and user-friendly experience.
