The Image Entries & Waterfall feature in Obvio allows attendees to upload photos that can be reviewed, approved, and displayed in a live gallery during your event.
The Image Entries page serves as the moderation and management center for all uploaded images, while the Image Waterfall displays approved images in a live visual gallery.

How It Works
- Attendees upload images through a dashboard button linked to the Image Uploader
- Uploaded images appear in the Pending moderation queue
- Moderators can approve or reject submitted images
- Approved images appear in the live Image Waterfall gallery
Moderation & Management
Images are organized into:
- Pending
- Approved
- Rejected
Moderators can review images in full screen and change statuses at any time.
You can also export uploaded images as a ZIP file containing separate folders for each status category.
Customization Options
You can:
- Customize upload form titles, descriptions, and button text
- Upload a custom background image
- Change background color and opacity
- Adjust image transition delay and display columns
- Configure optional attendee points for approved uploads
Once configured, click Save to apply your changes.
