The Sponsors Page in Obvio is a built-in event page used to showcase event sponsors, partners, or exhibitors. It can be used as a virtual sponsor directory, exhibit hall, or sponsor booth page where attendees can learn more about each sponsor and access related links or resources.

I. What the Sponsors Page Does

The Sponsors Page allows you to add sponsor profiles that may include sponsor details, branding, descriptions, buttons, forms, or links.

Each sponsor can have its own section where attendees can view information and take action, such as visiting the sponsor’s website or entering a sponsor booth.

II. Sponsor Buttons

Buttons can be added to each sponsor profile.

Sponsor buttons can link to:

  • A Zoom Area or sponsor booth
  • An external website
  • An image uploader
  • Other supported destinations inside Obvio

This allows you to create virtual sponsor booths where attendees can connect with sponsors during specific times of the event.

III. Forms

Forms can also be added per sponsor.

This is useful if you want attendees to:

  • Submit questions
  • Request more information
  • Join a sponsor offer or giveaway
  • Provide feedback

Forms must be created first under the Forms tab before they can be selected on the Sponsors Page.

IV. Layout and Customization

Depending on the dashboard template, sponsors may be organized into different sections or tiers, such as Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsors.

You may also customize the page title, descriptions, sponsor details, sponsor images, and buttons to match the event setup.
