The Welcome Email page allows you to customize the email that attendees receive when they are added to your event.
This email can be used to welcome attendees, provide event information, share login instructions, and guide them through the next steps before joining your event.

This page includes the following settings:
• Enable/Disable – Turn the Welcome Email on or off
• From Email – Select the sender email address used for the welcome email
• Subject – Customize the subject line attendees will see in their inbox
• Body – Customize the email content using the text editor. You can add formatted text, links, images, buttons, and Variables to dynamically display attendee or event information
Additional options:
• Send Test Email – Send a test version of the email to preview how it will appear
• Save – Apply and save your changes
Customizing the Welcome Email helps attendees receive important event details and creates a smoother onboarding experience before accessing your event dashboard.
