Help CenterThe Zoom Backgrounds page in Obvio allows you to upload custom virtual backgrounds that attendees can download and use during your event.
This is commonly used to provide branded backgrounds for attendees, VIP groups, speakers, or specific event segments.
How It Works
- Upload one or more Zoom background images
- Attendees can open the Zoom Backgrounds page from the dashboard
- Attendees can download the background images to their device
- Attendees can then upload and apply the image inside Zoom
Visibility Rules
You can use visibility rules to control which attendees can see specific backgrounds.
For example, you can make a VIP background visible only to attendees with a VIP tag or group.
Enabling the Page
The Zoom Backgrounds page can be enabled or disabled from the Zoom Backgrounds settings.
When enabled, attendees may be able to access the page through the dashboard navigation, depending on the dashboard template. You can also create a dashboard button that links directly to the Zoom Backgrounds page.
